New to CORE, this 55-minute boxing inspired class will challenge you both mentally and physically! Each session incorporates variety of exercises to give you a full-body strength and conditioning workout.

A Hand Wrap is a strip of cloth used by boxers to protect their hand and wrist against injuries induced by punching. They are required in our Boxing Classes for safety and are sold in house. Watch our Core Wrapping 101 Video to learn how to wrap your hands for boxing class.

BOX + BOOTCAMP

We love a good one, two, punch! Box through cardio intervals while strength training boot camp style. This class will torch some serious calories and get your endorphins pumping! All levels welcome; hand wraps and boxing gloves are required.

BOOTCAMP (Circuit)

This class will incorporate an interval style workout combining weight training, core stability exercises and bursts of cardiovascular work in between sets of strength. This class is designed to “surprise” the muscles and challenge your CORE.


BOOTCAMP (Shred 50)

50 minutes of cardio/strength, and stability! We start with our signature "CORE" warm-up, followed by 3 sets of 4 exercises in each set, then we repeat that twice!  We give you a full body workout incorporating cardiovascular plyometic moves for all levels of fitness.  

CYCLE 30 + BOOTCAMP 30

Get the best of both worlds with 30 minutes of high-intensity cycling, followed by 30 minutes of HIIT/Tabata training using resistance bands, core exercises, dumbbells and more! Each class offers a unique 30-minute training program with modifications available!
