Here are some tips and answers to common questions to help you make the most of your time with us.

 

What classes and training do you offer?

CORE offers three separate fitness studios under one roof, so it’s easy to switch things up and elevate your training. Join a group class for cycling, strength/cardio or Lagree, or dedicate some one-on-one time with private Pilates or personal training.

 

Is CORE suitable for all fitness levels?

Yes! All of our classes and training sessions are designed for your safety, comfort and confidence. Our instructors are experts at tailoring workouts to meet your body right where it is. Please let us know if we can address any questions or concerns.

 

What is Lagree?

CORE is the first studio in Rhode Island to offer Lagree, with our instructors certified by a Master Trainer from California. Developed by fitness visionary, Sebastien Lagree, The Lagree Fitness training method is the first workout specifically designed to be both high intensity and low impact. It is the only workout that effectively combines strength, endurance, core, cardio, balance and flexibility to strengthen, tighten and tone your body. With varying degrees of spring-based tension, our Lagree M3X Megaformer machines are easily adapted for all fitness levels. Grippy socks are required for this workout for safety. We conveniently sell several options in-house.

There is free onsite and offsite parking during the day, and we offer additional nighttime valet off of Waterman Street.

 
 

When should I plan to arrive?

Plan to arrive 10 minutes early as a courtesy to our instructors and others in the studio. If this is your first visit, we would love to show you around and get you ready for your first class with us!

For your safety, please be aware that arriving late for class is not allowed. CORE offers a 5 minutes cutoff time and if you are not present 5 minutes before the class starts, you will be charged a no-show/late cancellation fee.

 

What should I wear and bring?

It’s best to wear fitted, breathable exercise clothing, so you’re comfortable during your workout. Cycling shoes can be rented for a small fee. For Lagree classes, bring a pair of grip socks (or you can purchase them at the studio). We also provide complimentary towels and a water fill station, or feel free to bring your own.

 

what about cell phones?

Life is busy, we get it. Out of respect for everyone in the studio, please leave your phone in your locker. Unplug for some well-deserved, uninterrupted “me” time!

 

Do you have showers or lockers?

Yes, we have fully stocked men’s and women’s locker rooms, each with two soothing showers and spa-like amenities including blow-dry bars and grooming essentials. We also offer keyless lockers to store your belongings securely.

Class cancelation policy

All session based non auto-pay packages must cancel or switch a reservation 12 or more hours before their scheduled class time.
Failure to follow this policy will result in a loss of class credit.⁠

Membership cancelation

You may cancel your Auto-Pay membership, in writing to info@corefitprov.com, two weeks prior to the next payment cycle.

We will not accept membership cancellations over the phone/text or social media.

Waitlist

On the waitlist? Here's what you need to know! ⁠

If you add yourself to a waitlist, when a spot comes available you will be notified via email and text message. Availability confirmation will be needed for you to be added to the class roster, without confirmation you will stay on waitlist (clients will have 1 hour to confirm availability before the next person on the waitlist get the same notification). If you are added to class, our normal cancellation policies will apply.

Don't forget to Opt-in for email notifications in your profile if you choose to use the waitlist.
