Cancellation Policy: Need to cancel a class or appointment? No problem! 

• We have a 12 –hour cancellation policy for Group Fitness Classes.  That means you can cancel 12 hours in advance of the class start time and it will be credited back to your account for future use. If you need to cancel within the 12 hours of the class start time, you will lose the class credit.  No refunds will be given. All Auto-Pay series have a $20 late cancel/no show fee.

• We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for all Lagree classes. That means you can cancel 12 hours in advance of the class start time and it will be credited back to your account for future use. If you need to cancel within the 12 hours of the class start time, you will lose the class credit.  No refunds will be given. All Auto-Pay series have a $20 late cancel/no show fee.

• For all Private Appointments, there is a 12-hour cancellation policy.  Please contact the office or your trainer to cancel with 12-hours notice.

• All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable.

• If you need to cancel a reservation, log into MindBody, go to My Info, click My Schedule and click Cancel next to the class time.  If you have trouble cancelling or have any questions, email the studio at info@corefitprov.com.

• If you are experiencing symptoms associated with COVID-19 such as a cough, shortness of breath, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, headache, nausea or vomiting, runny nose, fatigue, or a loss of taste or smell we ask that you please stay home. You may return when you have tested negative for COVID-19, are fever-free without the use of fever reducing medicine and symptom-free for 72 hours, or have a doctors note stating you’re cleared to be in a public setting.

Waitlist Policy: Is your favorite class full? We recommend adding yourself to the waitlist. If an opening becomes available, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not respond within an hour before class, your spot will go to the next in line.

Purchase Policy: Classes and instructor assignments are subject to change. Pricing is subject to change without notice. All class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable; there are no exceptions. The expiration date will be noted on your purchase receipt for your records.  CORE will not be held liable for any bank overdraft fees. Any refunds issued will be assessed a $25 return fee.

Retail Purchases: Any retail purchases made online and in store are subject to the following:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days from receiving merchandise.

• Returns sent back to the studio will be done at the expense of the client.

• Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, with tags still attached.

• Shoes are nonrefundable and can ONLY be exchanged or returned for store credit if they show no signs of wear and tear. They must be able to be to resold by merchant. Merchant reserves the right to refuse exchange or issue store credit.

• Any accessories purchased (socks, water bottle, hats) are final sale.

• All in store and online sale items are final sale.

• Any returns will be given back on the original method used or store credit.

• Shipping is not available for PO Boxes or international.

Waiver: By signing up for a CORE class, you acknowledge that you have voluntarily chosen to participate in a program of physical exercise. You further acknowledge that CORE strongly recommends that you consult with your doctor prior to starting any exercise program. You acknowledge that you are fully informed of the strenuous nature of this exercise program and the possibility of adverse physiological occurrences including, but not limited to, abnormal blood pressure, fainting, heart attack or death. You assume all risk for your health and well-being, and fully release and hold harmless for any responsibility, cost or damages, CORE Center of Real Energy LLC, its instructors, employees and agents. You acknowledge that your agreement to this release applies to each time you visit the CORE location. You hereby acknowledge that you, and any minor under your care, have voluntarily chosen to participate. You assume all risk for your health and well-being, and that of any minor under your care, and fully release CORE Center of Real Energy LLC from all liability.
