COVID INFO
We are a community. Together, we support each other and care for the things that are most important. Right now, that is the health and safety of our staff and each of you. Our cleaning and safety standards have always been above and beyond, but we are aiming even higher out of an abundance of caution. This is an evolving process and we will continue to update our procedures as more information becomes available.
Here is what we’re doing:
Check-In Policy + Contactless Booking
We welcome you to sign up for your next visit with us online or in our app. Walk-in visits are welcomed at this time as well and helpful if you have a profile made online prior. At check-in, we do ask that everyone wears a mask in the common areas of the studio. If you are fully vaccinated, we do ask for a digital or paper copy of your card to add to your profile. If you are not fully vaccinated, we do ask that you keep your mask on during your visit with us.
Masks + Gloves
All of our front desk enthusiasts will be required to wear a face covering at all times. We will also ask that our instructors and clients wear a face covering into the studio as well as when exiting the studio. When cleaning the studio, all of our staff members protect themselves with the use of gloves.
HVAC System + Fresh Air
In addition to consistently cleaning and disinfecting all areas of the facility, we have installed an RGF UV/Air Purifier in both air handling systems that will effectively reduce air-borne contaminants such as bacteria, germs, viruses, and VOC’s.
Cleaning + Disinfecting
We will be using a hospital-grade disinfectant spray that will be used on all door handles, counters, equipment, microphones, desk surfaces, benches. Any frequently touched surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected multiple times throughout the day. We will also have a specialized cleaning done that uses micro-droplets of hospital-grade disinfectant and will be sprayed onto all surfaces that may be contaminated.
Each class is properly spaced out to allow for ample time to clean in between each class. All rooms are equipped with disinfectant wipes as well as hand sanitizer for client use.
Hand Sanitizer + Hand Washing
There are multiple sanitizer stations throughout the studio and available in each studio. In addition to the sinks in the bathrooms, we also have a hand washing sink available in the back of social area. Hands-free paper towel dispensers have been installed in each bathroom as well. Disinfectant wipes have also been placed in each room to use on the equipment for added peace of mind.
Locker Rooms + Bathrooms
At this time, our bathroom and locker room are fully accessible. Showers are currently available for use; please let the front desk know if you plan to shower at check-in.
Cycling Theater
Our cycling theater is open to normal capacity for all classes. If you feel most comfortable with a plexi-shield in front of your bike, please feel free to ask at the front desk. Our instructor stage has a large plexi-shield in front of the instructor bike for added safety measures.

Lagree Studio
We know you are excited to get back on the mega and we are too! Once class starts, there will be NO late entry into class. No exceptions.
Before entering the Lagree studio, please be sure that you have your grippy socks with you and on after you leave the social area. If you forgot your socks, you will need to purchase a new pair at your time of check in.
All straps, stability poles, carriages and the floor will be disinfected and thoroughly cleaned down in between each class. We will also have disinfectant wipes available as you enter the studio if you would like to wipe down your mega before class as well.
Personal Training Studio + Policy
All personal training appointments need to be booked 24 hours in advance. If you or someone in your household has covid-like symptoms, we ask that you please contact the studio to reschedule your session when you are 100%.
Cancellation Policy
To make things easier, we have adjusted our cancellation window for all cycle, fitness, Lagree and personal training appointments to 12 hours until further notice. In order to accommodate as many clients as possible, this policy will be firmly adhered to.
If you are sick, have been in contact with someone that is sick or has COVID-19, please refrain from coming in to the studio. If you are ill and have a booked session, you may cancel at any time without penalty.
If you call to cancel due to sickness, we ask that you have a doctor’s note in order to return or have a negative test result for COVID-19. As stated by the RIDOH, many symptoms are associated with COVID-19 and for the safety of our community we must take these extra precautions. You may return to the studio when you are symptom-free and fever-free for 14 days.
Find Your CORE (responsibly)
While we have implemented lots of great protocols and procedures inside the studio, we ask that you do your part both inside and outside of the studio. This is a lot to take in and may even be overwhelming, we know! As soon as you walk back through those doors and see so many familiar faces – it will all feel like home again! That needed stress relief and motivation is right around the corner and we cannot wait to see you!
Please make sure to practice social distancing when in close, shared spaces like the bathrooms.
If you have had a cough, fever, or symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days, please do not come to the studio until you are symptom-free and fever-free for 14 days from the onset of the symptoms or have tested negative for COVID-19.
If you have tested positive for COVID-19, or have knowingly come into close contact with someone who has, we ask that you do not come to the studio for 14 days or until you’ve received two negative tests in a row, at least 24 hours apart and are symptom-free.

We will still have our delicious snacks and local beverages available! If you would like to purchase any of these items, we ask that you do so while checking in for class or your appointment. One of our staff members will get that for you or have it ready when your class/appointment is finished.
